The tower is inspired by the sandstone ridge that extends to the length of the unique shores of Bat Yam, which is reflected in all the elements of the building and luxurious lobby. The amorphous white concrete beams delimit the walls and balconies, creating an extraordinary design softness with an open and powerful panoramic view of the Mediterranean. The project’s apartments are designed in such a way that the sky and the sea become an integral part of each. Interior and exterior merge to become one, using transparent ‘screening’ walls in the living room and bedroom. The result is a unique, inspired architectural design.
